Freedom House is conveniently located just south of Oxbow, Red Deer’s newest dog park in the Clearview Industrial Park. With excellent access from the QE2, 40th Ave and 30th Ave, getting your pet to our location will be a breeze. (Bay 5, Clearwill Avenue - Red Deer County). . Freedom House is owned and operated by Kerrie Meadows of Red Deer, Alberta. Kerrie has over 20 years experience working with dogs, and five years experience in operating daycare and boarding facilities. Kerrie has earned a reputation for handling dogs safely in large group settings and sending dogs home to their owners socialized, exercised and exhausted. . . Kerrie Meadows is certified and a member of the International Association of Canine Professionals.. . Services:. Daycare – full day (with pass) $20.00. Daycare – full day (without pass) $30.00.
