Detailed description is Family owned, God focused campground.
Nine cabins, fellowship hall and hike trails.
Peaceful and inviting.
July 7-8th of 1999 George and Charlotte Coffey broke ground in faith on the dream God had given them.
A Christian campground with a fellowship hall where people could come to fast and pray, focus on a closer walk with God, fellowship with friends and family or just to get away from it all.
One shovel full of dirt represented their willingness to do what God had called them to do.
Freedom Christian Retreat was born.
Fifteen years have gone by since that time and Freedom has grown by the grace of God.
Nine cabins, a 60' x 26' fellowship hall, hike trails and a small playground.
The cabins are affectionately named after the Fruits of the Spirit on a little circle drive called "Fruit Loop".
The fellowship hall is fully equipped for cooking and parties.
Bring your own food and décor.
We have three walk trails ranging from just a few steps long to two miles.
Freedom is wonderful place for a family outing or a week of debugging from everyday life.
