Fordham Wellness seeks to promote mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and promote health and wellbeing within the Fordham community.
Fordham wellness is composed of student advocates, including Stressbusters, Active Minds, and the CPS undergraduate interns.
These groups hold events in order to promote mental health awareness, stress management, and suicide prevention to enhance the university’s culture of care and to promote Fordham’s greater mission of cura personalis, or care for the whole person.

Stressbusters works to aid in the relief of stress by providing relaxing back rubs.
