Animal Welfare Approved certification is the Gold Standard for animal welfare in the United States and requires the highest attention to animal treatment with annual audits and on site ranch inspections..

Our cattle are raised at the ranch 40 miles east of Denver grazing on the lush green grass of the Kiowa creek bottom free from any chemicals or herbicides.
In the winter our cattle are fed only alfalfa and sorghum/Sudan grass that we planted, tended, swathed and baled ourselves here at the ranch.
Our cows are all Black Angus bred to Wagyu bulls.
