Detailed description is Flourish Flourish Wellness came about from a need and want to "Flourish" in my own life. . . Having travelled through depression and panic attacks throughout my late teens and 20's. As my fog lifted with help of counselling and a wonderful spiritual healer, I was wanting to bring more clarity into my life and develop my deep spiritual connection I had lost. I came across Metaphysics and study at the Chiara College of Metaphysics. This totally transformed my life! . . Shortly after my study, my husband passed away leaving me with 4 baby son's a business to run and everything else that was required....OMG! words fail me...I had to rebuild and repurpose my life. The business we started together failed a few years later and again I had to think what now! I packed up my 4 sons and moved to sunny QLD. It was not so sunny for me for the first 2 years. I had to re-educate my self and so I became a bookkeeper. Loved meeting new people and inadvertently coaching them with all aspects of their lives not just doing book work. Things starting going really well, settled in and then my 13 year old son was diagnosed with Non Hodgkins Lymphoma. REALLY! . . It happen like a blur I wish for NO ONE ever to go through what my son and I went through. I became a carer HOW do you do that and at the same time be sane, love and support your other children as well as yourself. I was determined not to loose another Love of my life and so began my journey fully into wellness. . . I thought I knew how to feed my family and that occasionally fast food outlets was ok and a treat, WOW was I wrong. We have as a family transformed ourselves yet again and we have learnt to Flourish once again.. . We saw Naturopaths, Kenisolgists, massage therapists all of which I still use from time to time (Massage I can not and will not live without) But what I need, I mean really needed was a coach to help me transition this enormous amount of information in to bite size and manageable tasks to truly "Flourish" and transform my life.. . So I found Institute for Integrative Nutrition and have trained as Holistic Health Coach. WOW what an amazing Journey! Completed my yoga training and became 500hour certified. It is truly amazing how much there is to learn about our wonderful mind, body and soul.. . I love my life and have learned to Flourish under such challenging and crippling adversity.
