All participants must wear a Coastguard Approved Life Vest and a helmet while on the cable (Comp Vests are NOT permitted).
You are allowed to bring any of your own gear however, ALL lifevests must have a USCGA stamp and ALL boards must have removable center fins.

Be aware that most board brands that are typically used behind a boat contain molded fins that can be damaged if used on any of the features at Flip Side.
