Our sourdough bread is fermented over 36 hours, slowly and naturally, using traditional methods and our special recipes. This slow-rise fermentation harnesses the nutrition within organic grains, cereals, seeds and olive oil. Our leaven gradually transforms our dough into vitally nutritious, sensational food.
