Wir sind ein Familienbetrieb, der erfolgreich seit 1994 den Elsässer Flammkuchen, nach einem alten Familienrezept mit frischen, leckeren Zutaten in bester Qualität zubereitet.. . Der Firmengründer Sepp Wessbecher, der gleichzeitig der Namensgeber sowie auch unser Familienoberhaupt ist, brachte das Familienrezept für unseren Flammkuchen mit nach Stutensee.. . Hier fing er vor ca. 25 Jahren an, auf unseren Familienfesten und auf Privatveranstaltungen den Elsässer Flammkuchen zu backen. Da dieser schon damals sehr gern gegessen wurde, und aufgrund der vielen Anfragen, beschloss er seinen Flammkuchenofen zu optimieren und das Flammkuchenbacken im Nebenerwerb zu betreiben.. . 1998 übernahm seine Tochter den Betrieb hauptberuflich. Sie baut auch weiterhin das Familienunternehmen stetig aus... . Elsässer Flammkuchen vom Flammkuchen-SEPP – einfach nur LECKER !. . Und, wir bereiten den Flammkuchenteig noch selbst zu und benutzen keine industriell vorgefertigten Teigplatten oder komplette Flammkuchen vom Großhandel sowie auch keine Geschmacksverstärker!. .
