Detailed description is Helping families build a foundation and a passion for fitness. We currently offer 3 functional fitness classes per week. Feel free to drop in and try out a class for free. Each class consists of a dynamic warm up, fitness related game/activity, core development, skill development, a metcon (workout) and a warm down. . . Monthly rates: $35 for the first family member, $20 for each additional household family member. . . No contracts, but parents will be asked to sign a waiver before the family can participate.. . The class is open to kids ages 8-14. Parents are more than welcome to participate and workout with their children. . . Child care is currently not available, but parents are welcome to stay or drop off their children for the workout. (Please just let the coach know that you are leaving ahead of time and be back five minutes before the class is scheduled to end). . . Class times are currently 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM on Monday, Thursday and Saturday. An afternoon class will be added on these days as demand increases. We are also open to running classes on other days of the week as demand increases. . .
