My name is Rebecca Fishburne, and my goal is to make fitness and healthful living fun and accessible to all ages, regardless of where you are in your fitness journey, and to encourage fitness, nutrition, mindfulness, and connection ("Fit4") for a whole life and a whole lifetime. . . I am a certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) with a Functional Training Specialty, Certified Functional Strength Coach, and a Starting Strength Coach Intern. I am passionate about all aspects of healthful living. I got my start in the fitness industry working with children, so I recognize the importance of fun in developing a lifelong love of fitness. For the past five years, I have been working as a group fitness instructor, teaching classes such as Spin, total body strength, boot camps, and strength classes for seniors. . . I offer individual and small group personal training in a small, friendly setting. As your personal trainer, I will design a program that addresses your unique needs and challenges, one that will meet you at your current fitness level and progress you safely and effectively towards your health and fitness goals through a series of manageable steps. You can choose to work privately or with a group of friends. Both personal training options will provide you with the individual attention, motivation, and accountability to help you succeed. . .
