Detailed description is The First UMC Pumpkin Patch 2017 will open for business on October 14th through October 31st and will benefit our Backpacks For Hunger Ministry.. Sales Hours:. Monday-Friday: 8:30am -12:30pm & 1:30pm - 8:00pm. Saturday: 8:30am-8:00pm. Sunday: 12:30pm-8:00pm The 2017 First UMC Pumpkin Patch is located at 321 E Harrison in Harlingen, TX. All proceeds from this year's patch will benefit our "Backpacks For Kids" ministry. "Backpacks for Kids" is run by FUMC and serves Harlingen area schools throughout the school year. We discretely provide nutritious, child-friendly, easy-to-prepare food to at-risk children to take home over the weekend. Each child in the program will receive a backpack full of food each Thursday or Friday to last throughout the weekend and has it refilled for the following week. Please join us and support this worthy cause. Donations are welcome!
