FEW works to end sex and gender discrimination, to encourage diversity for inclusion and equity in the workplace, and for the advancement of professional growth of women in federal service. This organization is open to anyone who is concerned with women's issues within the federal government. Membership is open to women, men, military, civilians and contractors.. . FEW's Four Focus areas are: Compliance, Diversity, Legislation, and Training. These include issues affecting female federal employees, all federal employees, and all women. . .
