Fenwick Island, DE is located just north of Ocean City, MD (2 miles), and south of Bethany Beach, DE (2 miles). Fenwick Island is bordered by the Atlantic Ocean's sandy beaches, and the Little Assawoman Bay, offering watersports enthusiasts the opportunity to explore nature by boat or kayak, and enjoy beautiful sunsets. . . This beautiful oceanfront property is situated right in the middle of Fenwick Island State Park. Private beach access and no crowds! Clean and spacious beach with beautiful sand. Activities abound nearby with seashore parks, golf courses, sandy beaches, Fishing, boating, kayaking, dining, shopping, etc. . . Frequently asked questions: . . Q: Are there elevators in the building? . A: Yes, there are two elevators located in the main lobby. There are stairwells located on either side of the building. Unit #112 enjoys direct access to the beach without having to use the elevator, which makes it a little easier if you have children. . . Q: How many parking spaces am I allowed? .
