The top floor was used as a Lodge room; the second floor was the Theater, business offices and the first floor were shops and other businesses such as Western Union. It was given in Memory of his father, Brother Garland E. Faulkner, a charter member of this Lodge, after which it became Faulkner Memorial Lodge No. 91.
