In search of a great burger on Maui seemed a lot like trying to find a needle in a haystack.
That’s when Bonny and Tootsie decided to create their own signature burgers.
Through experimentation, trial and error they finally came up with the perfect patty mix - one that would burst your taste glands with every bite!.

But there was one problem: Bonny was not satisfied with just a perfect patty, she insisted on adding UMAME flavors.
This marked the birth of the original Korean Burger: a buttery brioche bun, ko chu jang aioli, our signature patty, housemade (not too spicy) kim chee, crispy sweet fried onions, and a kalbi glaze.
