I have been a group fitness instructor for 5 years, and I am I certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in personal training and weight loss.
My first certification was a Les mills program, Bodypump, and since then I was hooked! Following that I pursued certifications from NETA in Group Cycling, and HIIT Interval training..
