Situated in convenient Rosebud only 1.5km from the front beach and shopping district, the house is available for rent throughout the summer. . . Bedding configuration is:. - Bedroom 1: Queen Bed. - Bedroom 2: Single Bed with single trundle. - Bedroom 3: Single Bed. . There is a small enclosed rear yard with plenty of shade perfect for the kids to play, and is equipped with a BBQ for summer entertaining.. . The kitchen includes fridge, stove, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster plus dishwasher. Any condiments in the pantry are available for your complimentary use. Each living room has a TV, and there is a DVD player with a DVD library, books, and some board games to keep the family entertained when Melbourne does its weather thing!. .
