The Fairview Community Center is a beautifully designed building that was built as a WPA project in 1939. The FCC housed a stage, a basketball court, and bleacher seating for many years. Over time it has housed the Fairview City Library as well as a fitness center.. The FCC was renovated in 2010. The history and original architecture was very important and was kept intact on the outside of the building.
