The stable is situated on 210 acres in the rolling hills of central New York. The heated main barn has 17 stalls, each with a window. Attached to the barn is a ceiling mounted six-horse exerciser with a round pen in the center, and an 80’ by 200’ indoor riding arena. The exerciser building and indoor arena are fully insulated with many large windows to take advantage of natural light and views of the countryside. For outdoor riding enjoyment, Fair Haven Farm has a large well-maintained field and trails available. Nine various sized paddocks allow for daily turn out, plus one large field with a run-in shed is available for pasture boarding.
