Detailed description is A Short History of the eStudio The eStudio was started in the summer of 2010 by Professor Ellie Bunting.
Her plan was to provide students with a blended, self-paced mastery learning program.
Students meet once a week in a traditional classroom setting and once a week in a computer lab where they work independently.
This means students get the benefits of both an online class and a traditional ground class.
Students work at their own pace, allowing them to complete more than one course a semester.
All students are eligible to take eStudio courses.
