Tem por objetivo ministrar cursos técnicos para a formação de mecânicos de manutençâo aeronáutica, na área de aviação civil, desenvolvendo, atualmente, as habilitações em aviônica, célula e grupo motopropulsor.
Desta forma, visa atender às necessidades de pessoal altamente especializado, das empresas aeronáuticas que estão sendo instaladas em Taubaté ou que venham a ser instaladas..
O curso é gratuito e o ingresso é feito através de processo seletivo anual, com 60 vagas disponibilizadas, 20 para cada habilitação.
