Detailed description is Free, nonsectarian meetings start at 6:30 PM on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays, Sept-June with a 30-minute meditation followed by a program until about 8 PM. The ECMS welcomes meditation students of any age and background to meetings. Format is 30-minute silent meditation, followed by a speaker or program and discussion, ending with 5-minute guided meditation at about 8 PM. . . The meeting place is the parish hall at Christ the King Episcopal Church, 480 N. Co. Hwy. 393, half a mile north of Hwy. 98 in Walton County. Meetings are usually on first and third Thursdays of the month and start at 6:30 p.m.. . If you would like basic instruction in meditation, please arrive at 6:15 p.m., before a meeting.. . Would you or someone you know like to address our group after meditation? We're interested in a wide range of subjects that you think might be relevant to people who meditate.
