Tutto il paesaggio, la flora, la fauna, la cultura della popolazione e i piatti tipici, sono basati su questo cereale. . L’area coltivata a riso si estende per 150km a cavallo fra Piemonte e Lombardia.. E’ qui che è nata una delle caratteristiche ricette italiane: il risotto.. . Abbiamo voluto riproporlo nella versione più comoda e pratica, controllando che sia adatto a tutti.. Dato che lo mangiamo anche noi e ci piace farne dono ai nostri amici e parenti, abbiamo cercato di farlo il più buono possibile. . E visto che ci piace sapere cosa mangiamo, non abbiamo aggiunto conservanti, coloranti o glutammato.. . ELGAVIVA is an artisan company that was founded in the Vercelli plain, in the middle of rice paddies.. For about 6 centuries here is grown almost exclusively rice. The whole landscape, flora, fauna, population culture and typical dishes, are based on this cereal.. The area planted to rice extends for 150 km border between Piedmont and Lombardy region in the north west of Italy.. And 'here that was born one of the characteristics of Italian recipes: the RISOTTO.. . We wanted to propose it in the most convenient and practical, ensuring it is suitable for everyone.. Since we eat it ourselves and we like to donate them to our friends and relatives, we tried to do it as good as possible. Nous avons voulu le proposer dans le plus commode et pratique version, assurant qu'il est approprié pour tout le monde..
