My name is Kristal, and I am currently offering pregnancy and postpartum doula services to the families of the Treasure Valley area.
I am honored to be the mother of a beautiful son.
During my pregnancy, I became very passionate about birth.
I hired a birth doula for myself.
I learned a hard lesson that birth doesn’t always go as we plan, so from that point on I started to study, in hopes that I could support families the way my doula supported me.

$25/ Hour .
4 Hour Minimum.
Includes on-call breastfeeding and postpartum support, Postpartum Depression information and support, light meal prep, light cleaning, information on infant care, postpartum body care, and, upon request, information on car seat safety, cloth diapers, baby wearing, co-sleeping/bed-sharing, and different parenting techniques.

Enjoy one week of on-call support, plus 4 hours of in-home support per day for 5 days..

Prenatal & Postpartum Package $700.
This package is for families who want the support of a doula without having one present at the birth, though, I am willing to provide birth support when my schedule allows me to.
Enjoy 3-5 prenatal visits, evidence based information about pregnancy, birth, the postpartum period, infant care, as well as 24/7 text support, labor support at home, and 25 hours of postpartum care.
