橋本政彦………Masahiko Hashimoto.
Peace Shanti Yoga主宰.
1957年 岩手県生れ。.
1983年、音楽活動のため渡米。.
その後5年に渡るアメリカ滞在中に音楽をはじめとした様々な場面で、氣のエネルギーの流れに関しての氣づきを体感したのをきっかけに、いのちの繋がり、宇宙、意識の成り立ちを内なる自分から学び始める。.
1993年から怪我をきっかけに自己流でヨガを行う。.
2005年龍村修先生の教室、ホリスティックヘルスコンサルタント講座に参加。本格的にヨガを学び始める。.
翌年、それまで培った経験を生かしヨガの指導を開始。.
NPO法人日本YOGA連盟岩手支部長を経て、現在個人教室を主宰。.
心の安らぎ、平和な世界への祈り心を大切にして、修正法などを中心にヨガ指導や音楽活動を展開中。.

ヨガや呼吸法、氣功法をベースに氣の流れを整え、身体の歪みを修正していきます。身体を整え、呼吸を整えると、そこには自然体で平和な心が宿る。自分の内側の小宇宙を体感していくヨガワークです。.

小学生〜高齢者まで男女問いません。.
地元地域の方はもちろん、震災の支援で来られている県外の方やボランティアさん、旅行者、JIUターン者など、どなたでも参加可能です。.
