Detailed description is The Eckerd College Emergency Response Team (EC-ERT) is a student run team which responds to all medical emergencies on Eckerd's college campus.

The EC-ERT is a new group started for the purpose of creating a strong resource for students with medical emergencies on campus.
The group consists of students who are trained Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs).
Since autumn term of 2012 our team has been “on call” to respond to all medical emergencies on Friday and Saturday nights.
On March 27 2013, we launched our new 24 hour system where we are now available to any student with any medical emergency at all times.
