Detailed description is Raising animals and veggies to the best of our abilities! Well...It all started out when one day my partner in crime, Bob, talked about moving out into the boonies somewhere! We looked at properties ranging from the southern part of the states to Canada.
Low and behold we ended up back in my little hometown, just miles down the road from my parents in northwestern WI!.
We had plans for being able to live off the land, do the whole homesteading thing! We both read so many books and got such great advice from friends and family!.
We started off with five chickens and now have about thirty chickens and eight goats! .
We are able to sell the eggs to the local co-op and I milk the goats for home use and making cheese! Yummmm!!.
We also have two dogs, that try to help with farming and two cats! Great indoor and outdoor mousers! .
