Detailed description is my wife and I started holding Bible studies at our home in Keller Washington, this soon grew into a Church we named Eagle Nest Pentecostal Ministries When I became a Christian in 1973 I went to Youth Challenge in Hartford Ct.
a then branch of Teen Challenge.
While there I recieved a vision from God , I was standing under tall pine trees by a lake or large body of water and God told me that he was going to send me there to minister to the Native American people in their native language.
Well at that time all I knew about Native Americans is what I saw on TV western shows.
After I recieved this vision years went by and I found myself in Washington State working in the orchards.
A minister stoped by where I was staying one morning and asked me if I wanted to ride with him to church so we left bound for Nespelem on the Colville Indian Resveration.
This went on for several months till this minister got to sick to go there any longer so I began going to the Assemblies of God Church in Nespelem.
A few months later I was laid off my job and out of work I was telling the pastor about this and he told me he was also the mayor of Nespelem at the time and ask if I would do some part time work for the city.
A few days later I met a lady by the name of Sherri and about 20 days after we met we went to Idaho and got married.
We moved over the mountain from Nespelem to Keller, Washington.
So thats how God led me to minister to the Native American people.
Sherri and I spent alot of time just doing things in the community and ministering to the kids and anyone we could.
During this time I would remember this vision I had several years ago there were plenty of pine trees and lakes around but I could never feel that I had experienced what God showed and said to me in this vision.
One day we had a visitor come to Keller where we were living and we had our church service at the keller park that sunday.
This minister used Native American drums and Songs to minister with.
We had a real blessed time and Sherri and I got to play along with the drums.
Well after that life went on and a while later in June 2010 my wife Sherri passed away from cancer just a month before we would have been married for 26 years and God told me the season for the ministry we had in Keller was over.
And again I got to thinking about this vision at youth challenge and ask God if this was ever going to happen.
Well God showed me the day at the park when we were singing and playing the drums.
God told me that the drum was the way Native Americans communicated from the beginning of time and that day I was communicateing to the people in their oldest form of talking and in a way that was understood by every Native American Tribe/person in America..

It is said that when Creator was giving a place for all the spirits to dwell who would be taking part in the inhabitance of Mother Earth, there came a sound, a loud BOOM, from off in the distance..
As Creator listened, the sound kept coming closer and closer until it finally it was right in front of Creator.
"Who are you?" asked Creator.
"I am the spirit of the drum" was the reply.
I have come here to ask you to allow me to take part in this wonderful thing." "How will you take part?" Creator questioned." I would like to accompany the singing of the people.

It is the catalyst for the spirit of the songs to rise up to the Creator so that the prayers in those songs reach where they were meant to go.
At all times, the sound of the drum brings completeness, awe, excitement, solemnity, strength, courage, and the fulfillment to the songs.
It is Mother's heartbeat giving her approval to those living upon her.
It draws the eagle to it, who carries the message to Creator..
