Detailed description is Em 26 de Outubro de 1932, nasceu em Presidente Prudente, Rosa Maria, filha de Francisco Marques filho e Jandyra Madeira Marques. Fez o primário na cidade de Tietê onde sua mãe era professora em 1967 que se formou no curso de Administração Escolar, daí para frente foi só trabalho e estudo fazendo ainda os cursos de Pedagogia com Habilitação em Administração Escolar e Supervisão Escolar, fez especialização em Língua Portuguesa, Gramática Aplicada e outros. Sua carreira começou na cidade Ourinhos como professora substituta, passando a ser em 1959 professora primária efetiva já na cidade de São Paulo.
A partir daí, passou a ser auxiliar de diretor e por diversas vezes substituiu o diretor da escola onde trabalhava..
Foi em 1967 que Rosa Maria se efetivou como diretora de escola, passando por várias escolas na cidade de São Paulo, onde trabalhou como Assistente Técnica de Ensino junto a Divisão Regional de Ensino da Capital. Em 1979, transferiu sua residência para a cidade de Salto onde veio a ser diretora do Colégio Cláudio Ribeiro, em setembro do mesmo ano foi convidada para trabalhar na Delegacia de Ensino de Itu como Supervisora de Ensino, tendo posteriormente ocupado o cargo de Delegada de Ensino até março de 1983, quando se aposentou..
Não ficou parada, logo foi convidada para dirigir o Colégio Terras de São José onde implantou o 2º grau e permaneceu no cargo até 1990 quando saiu e montou o Colégio Universitário, posteriormente o Colégio Prudente de Moraes.
Com a vida agitada em Itu, mudou-se para cá em 1995, onde trabalhou até o final de sua vida, 1999. Sempre foi uma diretora presente, adorava festas na escola (festa junina, do folclore e outras), apoiava também o esporte participando com seus alunos de jogos escolares e nas finais estava lá, na arquibancada torcendo para sua escola.
