To prom History of DCUTC:.
Founded" in early 1970's when NYSTA became NYSUT ( New York State Teacher Association/ New York State United Teachers) .

DCUTC is a consortium of local teacher associations( unions) in Hudson Valley.
Currently we have 12 locals as part of our organization (Arlington, Beacon, Hyde Park, Millbrook, Spackenkill, Rhinebeck, Red Hook, Wappingers, Dover/ Wingdale, Webutuck, Poughkeepsie, Pine Plains, BOCES) Dutchess County United Teachers Council is a private schoool located in , dutchess of new-york,united-states.
