DOU MAISON 位於台南市中正路著名古蹟景點"林百貨"旁的新古典主義連體老建築，建於日據時代昭和七年(1932)，與林百貨同為”末廣町商店住宅”群之一，為臺南市第一條經過整體規劃設計的市街。由日籍建築師 梅澤捨次郎 設計。他同時也設計了新竹支局倉庫、廳舍、松山菸草工廠、嘉義支局廳舍等建築。. . 上世紀70年代以後為"中國信託銀行"舊址，富商巨賈雲集的繁華景象，在府城民眾腦海裡記憶深刻，2009年由服裝設計竇騰璜 張李玉菁接手取得後，即著手規劃為品牌台南之家，並結合服裝、人文、傢飾、美食成為多功能複合式空間；經過長達五年的修繕過程，在 2013年11月12日正式對大眾開放，進入試營運階段，全新的品牌旗艦店以兜 ( 台語：家 )，結合MAISON ( 法文：家 ) 命名，歷史的沉積與品牌的願景，相互加乘後顯現了 DOU MAISON 高度的重要性！. .
