Hacettepe Üniversitesi Hastanesi yetişkin bölümü, Hacettepe Üniversitesi İhsan Doğramacı Çocuk Hastanesi, Sami Ulus Çocuk Hastanesi, Hotel Dedeman F&B Departmanı, Sardunya Yemek Hizmetleri – Yapı Kredi Bankası, Sistem Yemek Hizmetleri – Gazi Koleji “Stajyer Diyetisyen” olarak görev yaptığı yerler arasındadır. Lisans tez çalışmasını olan “Fonksiyonel Besinler” i başarıyla tamamlayarak 2004 yılında iyi bir dereceyle mezun oldu.. . Meslek hayatına ilk olarak Nişantaşı Nutraslim Zayıflama Merkezinde başlayarak, Ataköy Kalp ve Hipertansiyon Merkezi, Özel Yeni İsviçre Hastanesi, Dermacare Güzellik Merkezi, Fit-Line Slim and Gym Center, Abank Genel Müdürlüğü’ nde tam ve yarı zamanlı olarak diyetisyenlik hizmeti vermiştir. 2006 yılından beri Özel Surp Agop Hastanesi Taksim’ de “Klinik Diyetisyenlik”, “Mutfak Denetim Sorumlusu” ve “Poliklinikte Beslenme Danışmanlığı” hizmetlerini vermektedir. İstanbul Tüp Bebek Merkezi’nde de danışanlarına sağlıklı beslenme ve zayıflama konusunda destek veren Gülhan Koca, Haziran 2014’te Özel Bliss Maçka Polikliniği’ nde “Yönetici” ve “Diyetisyen” olarak danışanlarına hizmet vermeye başlamıştır.. .
