Adistanza di diciotto anni, dopo tanta strada percorsa, e molta da fare ancora, siamo ancora qui, “alive and kicking”, pronti a farci interpreti delle esigenze della nostra utenza e ad intraprendere un nuovo cammino che anticiperà, probabilmente, quella che sarà la prossima tendenza nell’ambito della ristorazione Tex-Mex.. . Al Dixieland Cafè di piazzale Aquileia inaugureremo, infatti, il primo “All you can eat” nell’ambito della cucina che si riferisce al Messico ed agli Stati Uniti del Sud, e prende spunto dalle formule già consolidate di altre realtà etniche.. . In questo modo intendiamo soddisfare la domanda che il mercato pone, relativa alla possibilità di concedersi, più frequentemente, l’occasione di trascorrere una serata al ristorante senza il timore di una brutta sorpresa al momento del conto, e senza dovere per forza accontentarsi di standard di basso livello pur di salvaguardare il contenimento dei costi.. .
