I believe, as a planet, we are in a wonderful time of transition in which the essence of the divine feminine is returning to its rightful place.
The world is healing and as women we are the primary vehicles through which this healing will occur.
To heal the planet, we must feel healed, whole, strong, and powerful ourselves! I believe supporting a mother through pregnancy and childbirth and watching as she discovers these attributes within herself is one of the ways I was called on to heal this planet.
I am passionate about helping women to feel empowered through the birthing process, as a mother is not only birthing a child, but also a new version of herself.

I call on a variety of past training and experience to accomplish this mission.
I have been a massage therapist for 10 years, and am able to support a mother through prenatal massage and massage during birth.
And let's not forget post-natal massage! I am a Usui Reiki master, and also offer this holistically healing art form throughout pre-conception, pregnancy, birth, and post-natal.
I can even train a mother in reiki! Babies love reiki and every family needs a reiki practitioner! I am trained in Ashtanga and Kundalini Yoga through a 200 hour training at Birmingham Yoga.
I teach a public pre-natal class Wednesday nights at 5:30 at Birmingham Yoga, and am always happy to teach one on one classes as well.
