This family friendly community includes tennis courts, basketball court, fitness center, shuffle board and BBQ grills. From the moment you walk into "DESTIN"ATION BY THE SEA COTTAGE, you will feel right at home! A large, open concept, family room/dining room/kitchen provides plenty of space to relax with family and friends. The master bedroom has a private bath, a king size bed and private access to the back deck. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a full size bed and the other with two twin beds along with a queen size sofa sleeper in the family to provide plenty of sleeping space. All of the bedrooms have flat panel TVs. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes, pots/pans, and small appliances such as blender, toaster, coffee maker. A gas BBQ grill is on the side porch with easy access to the kitchen. There is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer along with an ironing board and iron.
