Per tutta la sua infanzia il Sig. Aver giocò nel parco di quella villa assieme al suo amico Gianfranco Del Conte, ed è proprio in ricordo dei tempi d’infanzia che l’attuale titolare volle ricordare il suo amico poi emigrato in Venezuela, legando il suo cognome a quello dell’azienda.
