Detailed description is A Family Owned & Operated Northwoods Resort Since 1949. 2014 was the Resorts 65th Anniversary.. Natural, wooded, beautiful beach, 8 cottages on Big PotageLK A peaceful wooded get away on Big Portage Lake in Land O' Lakes, WI. We have 8 cottages, 4 are modern and are used year round, 4 are used in the spring to fall & are rustic. Bed linens are provided & kitchens provide most of basic utensils. We also now provide the first set of bath/kitchen towels & some soaps. Cottages are housekeeping only. Each cottage comes with a 14' fishing row boat. We have a beautiful sandy beach & very clear, clean water. Big Portage is a quality Walleye & Small Mouth Bass lake. Calm waters in our bay are excellent for swimming, first time water skiers or just hanging out & relaxing. There are coin operated washers & dryers on the grounds, a pellet fireplace as well as a reck room/lodge for those rainy or too cold days. Pets are Welcome.
