Met een zelfgebouwd graanveld, twee varkens en twee koeien, maken we zelf alle ingrediënten van een tosti.. Sneetje brood, plakje ham, plakje kaas. Ogenschijnlijk heel eenvoudig zo’n tosti. In de Tostifabriek onderzoeken we samen met bezoekers of het echt zo simpel is. Midden in de stad zullen we met een zelfgebouwd graanveld, twee varkens en twee koeien, alle ingrediënten van een tosti van begin tot eind zelf produceren. . . Eind februari zaaien we het graan in.
