Na een eerste gesprek nemen we het "programma van eisen" door en maken aan de hand daarvan de eerste schetsontwerpen. Na tevredenheid van de opdrachtgever en goedkeuring door de welstand worden door ons de bestektekeningen gemaakt die nodig zijn voor de uiteindelijke bouwaanvraag. Hierbij regelen wij ook de constructie- en EPN berekeningen voor het verkrijgen van de uiteindelijke bouwvergunning. Tijdens de periode van de bouwaanvraag maken wij de begroting en de technische omschrijving die later tot de contractstukken gaan behoren. . . Nadat de bouwvergunning is verkregen en de aannemeningovereenkomt is getekend kunnen wij met de bouw beginnen. De bouw wordt als het ware in "stukjes" gesneden van "begane grondvloer" tot "afbouw" aan toe en zo wordt naar rato van de werkzaamheden gefaktureerd in bouwtermijnen. Op de overeengekomen opleveringsdatum, kan het bouwwerk dan eindelijk worden opgeleverd. Indien u dat wenst kan dat door een onafhankelijke bouwmeester van bijvoorbeeld Vereniging Eigen Huis. Na de opleveringsdatum geldt nog een onderhoudstermijn van 3 maanden.
