I will be building a mobile hot dog concession trailer over the coming months.
I will be sharing my progress.
I have always wanted to cook and share food with hungry people.
My father was a cook so I kind of grew up involved in the industry.
After serving in the Navy and Marines for 10 years and being in the automotive industry for 30 more I have decided it's time to make some food.
