Hello!! I am Ashlea, a certified instructor of Jessica Bass' Dance2Fit.
Dance2Fit is a FUN fitness class with lots of music and SMILES.
Biggest rule- Don't take yourself so serious.
I am not a trained dancer, but I am great at motivating and laughing.
So if you want to get your heart rate pumping, get your booty shakin', and just want to FEEL good...
