After moving to Corning, NY, we had to look for a place to buy our oils and balsamic vinegars because once you experience what good extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars taste like...
you can't go back to the grocery store for these items.
We found a source, but we had to travel about 1.5 hours for the products.
After one of our trips to the Oil and Vinegar store in June 2012, we decided that Corning would be a great place to open an Olive Oil store.
So the process began..

We lived in Dutchess County, NY for the past 40 years.
Bob is a Clinical Social Worker and Wendy a Registered Nurse, and although both have extensive experience in administration, opening an Olive Oil store was a whole new experience..

After tasting oils from different specialty stores, we both fell in love with the oils and balsamic vinegars from Veronica Foods - located in California.
After completing research on Veronica Foods, we knew they were the importers we wanted to use.
