The CYCSA covers approximately 36 hectares, including water and land from the outer breakwater to the North Haven harbour.
The CYCSA owns and operates two marinas at North Haven totalling 313 wet berths, and a hardstanding area of 150 berths, with a further 90 wet berths in a marina which the CYCSA operates and holds under a long term lease across Gulf St Vincent at Port Vincent..
