As a freshman at the University of Denver, he broke his jaw in two places while scoring the winning goal in a double overtime victory over the University of Vermont.
As a result, Craig underwent extensive facial surgery and has a steel plate in his jaw.
After transferring to UMass for his junior year, Craig tore his ACL after playing in just one game.
He played the rest of that season with no ACL.
Craig’s perseverance and commitment to not letting anything “break him” has become our guiding principle and THE DNA OF OUR BRAND.
