Detailed description is love cushions?patchwork? quilting?unique gifts?. Then pop over & give us a like and don't forget to share the page & invite friends :-) I come from a family of very crafty people for many generations, those of you whom are local and know my family, may still have items in your home that a family member has made.. My late Nan many years ago had always made items for her children and grandchildren, such as frilly dresses and matching knickers and hats (I had them as a baby) she made my aunties bridesmaids dresses for her wedding, shorts and t-shirt sets, dresses etc. She always had compliments and so did those of us who was seen wearing them so she started making for friends as well. She then started working in the local hospital and displayed some of her items in staff rooms etc, by this point it wasn't just clothing it was, dusty bins (similar to what I have on my page) Paddington bear complete with his clothing and wellies , pram sets for dolls prams and baby prams, dressing table sets etc. Then my late mum was also very crafty and made teddies such as Paddington bear, Donald duck, she also made dusty bins, draft excluders, cushions, covered items such as dressing table stools, made seat pads etc. Those are just two members of my family my mum was one of 6 children and 3 out of the six where/are very crafty. I was shown how to use a sewing machine from a very young age and don't use any patterns I just use crafters chalk mark/draw what I want and cut out and so basically I experiment and make it myself in my own choice of fabrics, Some of the items I can make are as follows, fabric items = cushions, taggies, bed runners, table runners, quilted blankets, pram sets for dolls and babies, children's and adults aprons, oven gloves, draft excluders, roman blinds, hair bobbles, cot sets, door stops, hats, bags. place mats, dusty bins, cot quilts and bumpers, skirts for children and those are just a few fabric items to mention.. Wooden items I can make= free standing shelves, tables, mirrors (I don't tend to advertise these on my page as cost to much to post). Other crafty items I can make = key rings, personalised and un personalised laminated posters or framed posters, crochet blankets, knitted patchwork blankets, cards for all occasions, invites.. I am 38 and have been crafting for many years. married with 3 children, 2 teen boys and a young daughter. We also run an accounts business from home as well as me running a craft business.
