One evening my Husband and I were discussing our nephew as he is getting ready to join the workforce. My nephew was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome as a young child. He is funny, sweet, loves kids, and is a little rambunctious at times. We were worried about how he will interpret the world and how the world will interpret him. He does great with people. And most people are understanding and wonderful to him. But it just takes one to undo his world. We wanted him to have a safe and consistent environment. And well to be honest he makes us laugh, a lot. And who wouldn't want to laugh at work? We decided we would take a risk and start a vinyl supply store. I am an avid crafter and come from a long line of crafters. I have always believed it is a great community to belong to. Through the years I've seen some good and some bad companies out there. I believe craft suppliers should treat their customers like a fellow crafter, family and friend. Our simple dream is to be able to support the business and my nephew. Give him a place to be himself, be safe, and be productive. Where his name tag can say King Bowser or Optimus Prime. Where capes and crazy socks are not only welcome but mandatory. For now he will be helping with our packing and communications. So if you end up with a drawing or a coded message inside your box don't be surprised. :) He will be my shadow for a bit until we find what duties he is perfectly suited for. But at some point he will be a part of all operations. We are looking forward to becoming your vinyl source.
