In an area rich in history, culture and music it seemed only natural to create such a market place where all could be attained under one roof..
The vision behind Court Street Market is designed to educate and bring an appreciation for local, fresh, sustainable raised produce and products to the community and tourists alike.
Housed in the historic Gaskin Building, built in 1894, the Market is also focused on historic preservation.
As part of that preservation, the Market is utilizing sustainable, repurposed materials to return the building to its original state..
The Court Street Market main floor will house two restaurants – a cafe/bakery and a urban restaurant not only accessible through the Market, but with an attractive alley entrance.
