CLASS DESCRIPTIONS .
Yoga Flow.
A flowing, dynamic form of yoga, connected to breath.
Certain sequences of yoga postures will often be repeated, facilitating a movement meditation.

Faster paced flow, incorporating increased strength and balance challenges.

A fun and focused mix of yoga and pilates designed to give you a great full body workout with focus on core strength and stability.

Same idea as above, but incorporating a fitness ball throughout class to further challenge balance, stability, and add variety!.

The name says it all.
Perfect class for anyone who could benefit from an hour of stretching and relaxing (that's everyone!).
Mindful breathing practices and aspects of tai chi and yoga will be incorporated into class.

Hi! I'm Emma Stayduhar, owner and instructor at Cornerstone Yoga & Wellness.
I have been a yoga and fitness instructor since 2009.
I live with my husband up 9-mile in Wallace, and work at Shoshone Medical Center as a Physical Therapist.
It's been a dream of mine to open a yoga studio in Wallace, and I'm so very happy that it's really happening! Can't wait to see you there!.

~ Beginners are so very welcome! No prior experience with Yoga or Pilates is needed for any of the classes..
~ We have loaner mats, but resources are limited.
Please bring your own mat if you have one.

~ Prepare to take your shoes off at the door..
~ Changing space is limited, please come dressed if possible (there is space to store your coat/boots/overclothes)..
~ Wear clothes that you feel comfortable moving around in.
