Steve developed his skills in butchering and processing when he worked eight years for his aunt and uncle, Chuck and Deb Martin, at Roehrkasse Meat Company, Williamsburg. The brothers also gained experience while operating a small business on the side in Holbrook, where they processed deer for friends for about five years.. .
