Detailed description is As a CYT, I'm here to help you connect consciously wherever you are in your practice and to meet you wherever you may be on this crazy journey called life! At Conscious Connections Yoga, my main goal is to help any and all interested in practicing yoga achieve their personal goals of growth, whatever they may be. While it's easy to see how yoga benefits a person physically, I believe the greatest gift of having any kind of yoga practice is how it benefits a person mentally & emotionally. For me, yoga is the most effective tool I have to deal with day to day stressors, as well as the all too frequent thoughts & feelings that can seem overwhelming, devastating at times. In the crazy, hectic world most of us live in, it can be challenging to find the time or space to do the things we need to do to take care of ourselves on any, let alone every level. As a Certified Yoga Instructor, I strive to make yoga a regular in everyones toolbox, and to make yoga accessible anyone who wants to even give it a try! Outside of regularly scheduled classes, (coming soon!) you can arrange for a private small group or a one on one class, wherever & whenever works best for you :)
